What are the age requirements for hiring a car?

Minimum age requirement of the hirer and all driver must be 20 years and older and holding the driving license for at least 2 years.

Do I need a driver’s license to rent a car?

Yes. A Malaysian driver’s license or international driver license is required. The license needs to be held for at least 2 years with no major endorsements. Any additional drivers also need to present their full driver’s license. Provisional licenses and Copy version aren’t accepted.

What should I bring when picking up the car?

1) Driver’s License

2) Cash or Credit Card: Bring cash or valid credit card in the name of the Main Driver and with sufficient funds must be presented to charge the car rental fee.

3) Identification Card: A valid identification card or a passport or any other forms of identification must be presented to the car rental company.

Is booking fee needed to confirm the car?

Yes. You will need to make a deposit of RM100 to the following account for securing the car.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Yes. You will only receive 50% of the deposit paid.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can book your car with us using cash/online transfer/credit card/debit card/cheque payment. If your reservation is paid by someone other than the main driver, you may need to supplement evidentiary material when the booking is reviewed for some security reasons. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For online transfer payment method, you need to provide evidence such as a screenshot / payment receipt of successful online transfer receipt to us. Please make sure to use the “instant transfer” or “Duit now” for payment. Otherwise, your booking may not be confirmed until the payment is received in our bank account.

Do I have to leave a deposit during pick-up?

Yes. At pick-up, you need to leave a RM100 security deposit for each car and pay full payment to us. You need to leave a deposit in case the car is damaged or stolen during your rental. The deposit amount will be held for the duration of the rental. As long as you bring the car back undamaged at the end of the rental, the money will be returned within during the return.

How do I pick up my rental car?

We will contact you immediately after you have confirmed the booking. Please make sure the detail of the booking confirmation, ie. name, phone and email are correct when you place the order. The car will be delivered to you a Kuching International Airport. Please inform our staff during booking should you require the car to be delivered to other area, plea. A small fee will be charged.

What is the maximum distance allowed to drive the car?

The vehicles are to be used within Kuching area only and it should not be taken out of Kuching without the consent of the company in writing and rentals terminating in any other place apart from our station are strictly not permitted. For this purpose, the Kuching area shall be taken to be all the area in Kuching City within a 50 km radius from Kuching City Centre. In the event that the said vehicle is used outside the rental limits, the hirer will be fully liable for any consequential loss and damage to the said vehicle of use outside the renting limits. In the event that rental is terminated outside the Kuching Area, the company reserves the right to levy a collecting fee which differs in each location. Please consult our staff for the rates during reservation.

Can I take the hire car to another country such as Indonesia and Brunei?

No, we strictly do not allow you to take our car to cross border. However, we allow our car to be driven outstation with a fee.

Outstation Fees:

Serian – RM50

Sri Aman – RM100

Why can’t I find any available cars for the date I wish to book?

The availability of the cars may be limited during festive seasons, public holidays and school holidays.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Outstation fees are one-time payment only. No matter how many days are you outstation, you only pay this fixed amount to us.
